THE WORST SERVICE, COMPANY & NIGHTMARE FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!! STAY AWAY!!!
Grou.ps is literally the WORST COMPANY ON THE INTERNET! And i am NOT just saying this guys.
I swear that this is the worst experience I have ever had with any company in my life. Im beyond
shocked at how awful this company is and how they continue to charge me no matter what I do!
I took a 7 day trial, then once in there you realize you need to "upgrade" to be able to
actually test all the features... Which I did!
Then within an hour I realized it was not for me BUT only after they had already charged
me for the month when I upgraded even though I "thought" I was still under the Free Trial
dates. I emailed them and thats when I was told...
"We do NOT offer refunds due to the "Free Trial"
WHAT A JOKE! Anyway, I emailed back n forth 4 times telling them in many ways
CLOSE MY ACCOUNT NOW AND I WANT MY MONEY BACK!
Today, NOT only did they not refund my money a month ago... THEY CHARGED ME AGAIN!
I literally emailed these scam artists so many times and in every single email I told them
SHUT MY ACCOUNT... And they have the nerve to still charge me again.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! They are NOTHING but a scam.
Oh yeah, and watch what you click, because the big red "help" button brings up a pop up
that says "you must click for help" and then in almost white letters says "upgrade now"
UNDERNEATH THE BUTTON, NOT ON THE BUTTON!
This site is literally the WORST SERVICE and THANK YOU JAY for writing this post! I only
wish I seen to stay away from these thief's.
As an online business owner, I would NEVER refuse someone a refund within hours of
signing up for my service. I would be happy they gave it a try. Honestly who has such
awful customer service. Never in my life have I ever seen anything like this!
LITERALLY THE WORST COMPANY ONLINE AND THAT I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH! STAY AWAY!
